From Zero to Commercial Pilot

Phase 0 — Your Pre-Flight Requirements

1. Legal & Safety Clearances

  • This should be done before conducting a flight or simulator session.
  • Estimated costs: $450.

2. Medical Certificate

(We will guide and accompany you throughout this process).
  • Estimated cost: $180 – $280.

3. Student Certification

  • We process your student pilot certificate by creating a profile in IACRA.
  • Estimated cost: Included / $0

4. Professional Pilot Gear (The Toolkit)

  • Every pilot needs the right tools to study and record their journey.

    • Pilot Logbook: ~$15 – $30 USD (To record your legal flying hours).

    • Study Tools (Ground School Materials): ~$250 – $450 USD.

      • Includes: FAR/AIM (Regulations), PHAK (Handbook), E6B Flight Computer, Plotter, and Online Ground School subscriptions (like Sporty’s or King Schools).
